Why is it so cheap? What's the catch? +
No catch. We build efficiently with modern tools, and we run our own hosting, so our costs are low — and we pass that on. The site you get is the real thing, not a stripped-down trial.
Do I own my website? +
Your domain, content and email are yours from day one — the domain is registered in your name. The website itself is yours after your first 12 months: ask, and we'll hand over a full copy, free.
Is there a contract? +
Your package has a 12-month minimum — that's how we build your site with no setup fee. After that it's month to month, with 30 days' notice. Care is monthly and never tied in. The full details are in our terms.
What happens if I want changes later? +
With Care, you request changes from your dashboard and we make them — up to 15 minutes a month on Basic Care, 30 on Complete Care. Without Care, or beyond your allowance, it's £40 an hour in 15-minute blocks — so a quick fix like a new phone number is £10.
Is hosting and email really included? +
Yes — every package includes hosting, your domain, and business mailboxes: 3 on Basic, 10 on Business, 25 on Enterprise. No separate hosting bill to sort out.
Do I have to be technical? +
Not at all. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can have a website. We handle everything technical.
Are you a real company? +
Yes. We're Go Red Robot Design, part of the Go Red Robot group — the same people who run Go Red Robot Hosting. Real infrastructure, real team.
