A small change is things like text, photos, opening hours, prices or a new testimonial — not new pages or features. Unused time doesn't roll over. Anything beyond your allowance, or changes without Care, is £40 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks (£10). Care is monthly — add, change or cancel it any month.

12 months, then month to month.
Your package has a 12-month minimum term — that's how we build your site with no setup fee. After that it rolls monthly, and you can leave with 30 days' notice.

Yours from day one: your domain, content and email.
Your domain is registered in your name, not ours.

The website is yours after 12 months.
Ask and we'll hand over a full copy of your site and its content, free. (The built-in editor runs on our hosting, so if you move elsewhere, your new host may need to set up their own.)

The same price after 12 months.
Your monthly fee pays for hosting, email, your domain, security and your dashboard — not instalments on the build. Stay because it's good, not because you're stuck.

Leaving early?
You'd pay the remaining months of your first 12 — the package price only. Care is never tied in.

Upgrade anytime.
Moving up doesn't restart your 12 months. Moving down is open once your first 12 months are up.
